It celebrates organisations that understand a thriving team is essential to community impact and long-term success. 

What This Award Celebrates:

  • Implementation of physical and mental wellness programs (e.g., fitness incentives, mindfulness workshops, ergonomic assessments).
  • Access to mental health resources, such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), counselling, or stress management support.
  • Initiatives that promote work-life balance (e.g., flexible scheduling, remote work options, wellness leave).
  • A culture of inclusion, psychological safety, and respect.
  • Measurable outcomes or positive employee feedback showing the program’s effectiveness.

Eligible Activities Might Include:
