Terms And Conditions

  1. The All Ireland CU Awards (referred to as “The Event”) is organised by All Ireland CU Awards, (referred to as “The Organiser”).
  2. All entries for The Event must be completed and uploaded via the online entry system before the entry deadline.
  3. Entry deadlines may be extended at the discretion of The Organisers.
  4. All entries must accurately represent the entrant’s involvement, with documented evidence if required.
  5. Entries are encouraged from the entrants directly or from external contracted third parties.
  6. All entrants agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and acknowledge that no correspondence regarding the decisions will be entertained.
  7. Entrants warrant that all material submitted is their property and is free from third-party claims.
  8. The entrant indemnifies The Organisers against any claims arising from the entry.
  9. The Organisers have the right to judge entries and select winners without recourse to the entrants.
  10. In cases of multiple submissions for the same project in a category, only one submission will proceed to the shortlist, determined at the discretion of The Organisers.
  11. Upon winning a trophy, the submitting entity accepts the trophy.
  12. Shortlisted entrants must provide a representative to attend the award ceremony.
  13. Failure to send a representative may result in the withdrawal of the shortlisted entry.
  14. If a winning entrant fails to send a representative, the next placed entrant present at the event may be declared the winner.
  15. Shortlisted entrants cannot sit at a table with any sponsors of The Event.
  16. In case of non-attendance by a winning entrant, the trophy may be awarded.
  17. Winners grant permission for the use of their material by The Organisers.
  18. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  19. The Organisers may withdraw an entry at any time if deemed inappropriate.
  20. All decisions on submissions are final.

  1. The Organisers reserve the right not to award a category.
  2. In case of insufficient entries, winners may be nominated by the judging panel.
  3. The Organisers may nominate entrants in additional categories.
  4. The nominated contact person will be the point of contact for The Organisers.
  5. Changes in contact persons must be promptly communicated to The Organisers.
  6. Shortlisted entrants may be requested to provide additional information.
  7. Entries will be judged by a panel selected by The Organisers.
  8. Entrants can enter multiple categories.
  9. Sponsors cannot enter the category they sponsor.
  10. Winners may use their award status for promotional purposes.
  11. The Organisers may remove an entry at their discretion.
  12. Payment must be made 14 days in advance of the event.
  13. Early bird payment deadlines must be observed to avoid additional charges.
  14. Cancellation notifications must be provided in writing.
  15. Refunds are subject to specified conditions based on cancellation timing.
  16. Payment cancellation notifications must be sent to awards@cuawards.ie.
  17. Additional processing fees may apply for special invoice processes.
  18. The Organisers may change the date or cancel The Event, with specified conditions for attendee recourse.
  19. Force Majeure events may affect The Event, with conditions outlined for rescheduling or cancellation.
  20. The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from event changes or cancellations.
  21. The Event’s Intellectual Property remains the copyright of The Organisers.
  22. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
