Terms And Conditions
- The All Ireland CU Awards (referred to as “The Event”) is organised by All Ireland CU Awards, (referred to as “The Organiser”).
- All entries for The Event must be completed and uploaded via the online entry system before the entry deadline.
- Entry deadlines may be extended at the discretion of The Organisers.
- All entries must accurately represent the entrant’s involvement, with documented evidence if required.
- Entries are encouraged from the entrants directly or from external contracted third parties.
- All entrants agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and acknowledge that no correspondence regarding the decisions will be entertained.
- Entrants warrant that all material submitted is their property and is free from third-party claims.
- The entrant indemnifies The Organisers against any claims arising from the entry.
- The Organisers have the right to judge entries and select winners without recourse to the entrants.
- In cases of multiple submissions for the same project in a category, only one submission will proceed to the shortlist, determined at the discretion of The Organisers.
- Upon winning a trophy, the submitting entity accepts the trophy.
- Shortlisted entrants must provide a representative to attend the award ceremony.
- Failure to send a representative may result in the withdrawal of the shortlisted entry.
- If a winning entrant fails to send a representative, the next placed entrant present at the event may be declared the winner.
- Shortlisted entrants cannot sit at a table with any sponsors of The Event.
- In case of non-attendance by a winning entrant, the trophy may be awarded.
- Winners grant permission for the use of their material by The Organisers.
- Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- The Organisers may withdraw an entry at any time if deemed inappropriate.
- All decisions on submissions are final.
- The Organisers reserve the right not to award a category.
- In case of insufficient entries, winners may be nominated by the judging panel.
- The Organisers may nominate entrants in additional categories.
- The nominated contact person will be the point of contact for The Organisers.
- Changes in contact persons must be promptly communicated to The Organisers.
- Shortlisted entrants may be requested to provide additional information.
- Entries will be judged by a panel selected by The Organisers.
- Entrants can enter multiple categories.
- Sponsors cannot enter the category they sponsor.
- Winners may use their award status for promotional purposes.
- The Organisers may remove an entry at their discretion.
- Payment must be made 14 days in advance of the event.
- Early bird payment deadlines must be observed to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellation notifications must be provided in writing.
- Refunds are subject to specified conditions based on cancellation timing.
- Payment cancellation notifications must be sent to awards@cuawards.ie.
- Additional processing fees may apply for special invoice processes.
- The Organisers may change the date or cancel The Event, with specified conditions for attendee recourse.
- Force Majeure events may affect The Event, with conditions outlined for rescheduling or cancellation.
- The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from event changes or cancellations.
- The Event’s Intellectual Property remains the copyright of The Organisers.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

44. Submitting an entry or booking a seat confirms agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
